Workshops are approximately 3 hours long and are typically offered on weekday afternoons and weekends. However, we can discuss other time frames to meet your needs! 

No. There is no riding requirement and no horse experience necessary. All team challenges are conducted on the ground.  

Our events are tailored to meet the specific needs of each business; therefore, we kindly ask that you contact us to discuss your requirements and let us know how many participants will be attending. This will enable us to provide you with a customized price quote.  

Note: Save money and enjoy a more engaging experience by competing against another company. Let us know if you're interested, and we can try to pair you up with another company or you can invite a company you know. 

This is primarily an outdoor activity, at a farm, so no need to dress to impress. Wear comfortable clothing, based upon the outdoor climate, and wear closed-toed-shoes that can get dirty (no sandals). We have an covered, indoor arena and event room, so this is a rain or shine event.

Safety always comes first. Our seasoned and professional instructors will go over safety instructions at the beginning of the event, and keep a close eye on participants and horses at all times.  Safe and suitable for those with physical impairments or limitations. 

Groups can range from 10-50 participants. If you have more or less, let's discuss!

We have two options - BYO or have a local restaurant cater/deliver food.

Under federal law, employees may be entitled to compensation for time spent participating in company sponsored activities such as team building events. However, this depends on factors such as whether the event is voluntary and if the event occurs during working hours. Bischoff Inn is a 5-room boutique hotel located in Tamaqua, PA which is about 15 minutes from the ranch. This hotel is a historic planing mill and furniture factory, which has been fully renovated www.bischoffinn.com .

The Village at Houser's Crossing is also located in Tamaqua, and has several cottages available to rent. Great for a weekend company retreats! 

The Pottsville Inn (Choice Hotel) is a traditional hotel located 25 minutes away in Pottsville, PA.

Lehigh Valley International Airport (LVI) is located in Allentown, PA, and is approximately 45 minutes away.

Every team building event will directly contribute to our mission: to Rehabilitate, Rehome, Restart, and Rise Up horses. Your support will go directly towards covering ongoing operating costs, including feed, medical care, training, repairs, maintenance of the farm, and more. Together, we can make a significant impact on the community by saving these beautiful animals from potentially going to auction or ending up in the hands of a kill buyer.
